Chandler pitched at the University of Kentucky for 3 years. He was then drafted by the Boston Red Sox in 2014 and has since been a team member of the cubs, orioles, and twins organizations. In 2019 and 2020, he pitched in the major leagues for the Baltimore Orioles.
