We recommend that you come prepared with specific focus areas and questions, so that your instructor can give you the most personalized feedback possible. If you have game tape available, we suggest having that ready, so that you can show it to your instructor through screen sharing. 

What makes for a successful 1-on-1 lesson?

You will be able to log onto your 1-on-1 session through Zoom. If you don't already have the Zoom software downloaded, you'll be prompted to download it. Therefore, we recommend downloading the software in advance of your 1-on-1 session.

What platform will the lesson be held on?

The length of a 1-on-1 session depends on the instructor. When you go to schedule your 1-on-1 session, you will be able to view the time-frame options for that specific instructor.

In order to get a refund on your 1-on-1 session, you must cancel 48 hours before the scheduled meeting. If you fail to show up to your session, you will still be charged.

Q&A Indi Cowie

Q&A is a way for you to ask players, coaches, and wellness experts specific questions that you may have about your sport or your health. Submit a question to an instructor through text or video, pay their set price, and you will receive a video response to your question or request within a week. 

If your instructor doesn’t respond within a week, you will be fully refunded.

What if my instructor doesn’t respond? 

Your written question should be no longer than 350 characters, and your video request should be no longer than 1 minute.

Instructors will respond with about 1-2 minutes of video answering your question. 

Try to be as specific as possible in your request. Want a coach to analyze your form or tell you how to improve the power behind your serve? Be as clear as possible in what you hope to gain from the interaction. If providing footage from a game or practice, use the text box to provide context around your clip.  For example, “Hi [Coach Name], my name is Laura. Here’s a video of me practicing my serve… am I hitting the ball at the right point in the air to get the most power behind my serve, or is there something I can do better/differently?”
